Who am I?
Hello, I am Marijntje Lazet (1981) and I see it as my mission in life to make your Plant Medicine journey go smoother than mine. For you to truly reap the fruits of your work with these sacred ‘Teachers’ and lead a happier, more fulfilled life.
Being introduced to Plant Medicine over 10 years ago has been a true blessing.
But, looking back, my journey would have been less rocky with adequate preparation and after-care (or ‘integration’) support.
This realization turned out to be the inspiration to provide professional guidance and support to make your journey go smoother than mine.
So, don’t worry, support is on the way.
In other words: You don’t have to do this on your own because this is where my specialized support comes in!

Going in or coming out of your psychedelic ceremony or retreat.
Or, how to regain momentum and get ‘back on track’ with your integration if your ceremony was already some time ago (weeks, months, or even years); This is a very popular topic during this mini-session!
No expiration date
Contrary to what is often assumed, the process of integration has no ‘expiration date’: it therefore doesn’t matter how long ago your ceremony took place. The somatic techniques that I use in my sessions will enable you to go back to the most memorable moments, renewing your ceremonial momentum and ‘afterglow’, even if this is decades ago.

Some logistics
Please make sure that you are not disturbed and that your mobile phone is on silent and out of sight. Also, it would be great if I could see you well, so preferably not via a small mobile phone screen but via a laptop or PC.
I would advise having a pen + paper nearby to be able to make notes during and straight after our session.
In the confirmation email, you will find a link to access a list with some questions for me to prepare for our mini-session and put together a customized set of 3 tips.

Why should I support you?
I am trained as a Counsellor (spiritual, stress, grief + trauma-related issues) and eventually specialized in somatic (‘body focused’) psychedelic preparation and integration support.
Also embedding my own ‘hands-on’ experience after starting my Plant Medicine journey +10 years and 150 ceremonies ago.
For the past years, I have been working online from my private practice in Leiden (a town on the Dutch West Coast), successfully working with many clients from all over the world (and in several hundred support sessions to date).
After this mini-session
You will understand what is important to prepare yourself well for your psychedelic experience.
You will know how to successfully work through ‘peak moments’ during your ceremony.
You will be able to set yourself up for the first weeks after you come back home from your retreat or ceremony.
You will have received an introduction to the most successful integration tools.

Yes, it sure is, this mini-session allows both of us to get to know each other a bit better before we possibly start to work together in regular (1-hour) support sessions. You are very welcome to book this mini-session focusing on three personalized (preparation or integration) tips and we can take it from there.
I see that you also offer a free Introduction Chat, what is the difference between the free chat and this free mini-session?
Both offerings are free and our online time together will be 30 minutes. The difference lies in the structure and scope: the free Introduction Chat offers the possibility to touch base with me when you are seriously interested in working with me. I will provide you with further information about my offerings (both the Basic Foundation package and the deepening Solid Foundation Trajectory) and I will assess if and how I could start supporting you. And lastly, you will also have the space to address the questions, experiences, or struggles you might have.
The mini-session has a more distinct structure: it revolves around either your psychedelic preparation or integration and formulating three personalized tips that I will assemble based on the questionnaire that I will ask you to fill in beforehand. Of course, we will also have some time to further ‘zoom- in’ on my offerings (both the Basic Foundation package and the deepening Solid Foundation Trajectory) and I will also be able to assess if and how I can support you in your Plant Medicine path going forward.
