Practice Lazet processes your personal data because you have provided this, either as a client of Practice Lazet or you have expressed interest in the sessions that Practice Lazet offers.
Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:
1) Surname and first initial of Name
2) Address
3) E-mail address
3) Other personal data that you actively provide in email correspondence (e.g. telephone number).
For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data
Practice Lazet processes your personal data for the following purposes:
1) Surname, Name, Address and E-mail address to issue an invoice of the session(s).
2) E-mail address (and if applicable) telephone correspondence regarding the booking, rescheduling, or cancellation of either live or online sessions.
3) E-mail address to set up online sessions via Skype
Automated decision making
Practice Lazet does not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that can have (significant) consequences for people. These are decisions taken by computer programs or systems, without involving a person.
How long do we keep personal data
Practice Lazet will retain personal data of its clients for 7 years after the last session took place. However, upon personal request, you have the right to have your records deleted at any time.

Practice Lazet only provides to third parties if this is necessary to comply with a legal obligation.

How we secure personal data
Practice Lazet takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. In case there has been a data leak, you will be directly informed as soon as possible.
